DNF SECURITY UNVEILS ROBUST PORTABLE IP SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS TO HANDLE OFF-SITE AND REMOTE MONITORING APPLICATIONS
New Triple-Display JetX Portable System Will Be on Display at Global Gaming Expo 2008
LAS VEGAS/G2E – November 18, 2008 – DNF Security, a Dynamic Network Factory (DNF) business unit and provider of mission-critical IP surveillance solutions, today at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) unveiled the JetX Portable series of all-in-one surveillance systems for mobile, off-site monitoring and recording. The JetX product family includes three models with one to three built-in LCD displays. The triple-display model will be available for demonstration in DNF Security’s booth, #5818.
The JetX Portable series features rugged, field-tested systems built to operate in extreme conditions for extended periods without interruption. Its ruggedness makes it also ideal for fire, police, emergency medical response, construction, and off-road applications. As with every DNF Security product, the JetX systems have an open-platform design for enhanced performance and compatibility with leading cameras and video management software.
The JetX xDisplay options feature single 15” or triple 17” high resolution LCD displays, with the latter providing up to 3TB of storage capacity. The JetX M-Powered option includes a single display, battery-powered system ideal for off-site locations without power. These systems are also available in hybrid editions, with support for up to 32 analog and eight IP cameras under a common user interface, providing a straightforward migration path to IP technologies.
“We designed the JetX system to offer the same level of functionality as our traditional product lines, in a portable form factor,” said Jame Ervin, product manager for Dynamic Network Factory. “This line is rugged and transportable, opening IP surveillance to a range of environments: outdoors, on the field, on a stage, or anywhere your GPS can take you.”
More than 750 exhibitors and thousands of gaming experts from around the world are at G2E to explore the latest products and technologies, learn from industry leaders about emerging trends, and receive hands-on training sessions focused on key industry themes.
“We’re very delighted to be a part of the Global Gaming Expo this year,” said Ervin. “DNF Security prides itself in providing cutting-edge solutions to our customers, and G2E is the perfect arena to showcase our video management systems.”
All JetX Portable systems come standard with a built-in high resolution display, integrated keyboard and touchpad, and rolling carrying bag for easy transport. The JetX series is now available through DNF’s nationwide reseller network.
