The Diamond Series 401q Ultra320 SCSI Cluster Server is a high-availability, high performance cluster server. Features include dual Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processors, up to 16GB system memory, dual 73GB 15K RAID Certified disk drives in a RAID-1 configuration on a high-performance zero-channel Ultra320 SCSI hardware RAID controller, dual 10/100/1000 copper gigabit Ethernet connectivity and a dual 4Gb Optical Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter.
These fault-tolerant cluster server nodes come in convenient, space-saving 1U rackmount chassis’ with hot-swappable drives and trays, redundant 700 watt hot-swappable power supply, and an advanced cooling system.
Installation and setup are a breeze, allowing the Diamond Series 401q to be up and running in about 15 minutes after it is unpacked from the box. Additional software, including server applications, may be loaded via its integrated DVD-ROM drive.
